Celebs around the world are used to blended families, but when it comes to the Kardashian family – particularly Khloé, Kim, Kourtney and Kylie – they often stick by their men and expand their family despite any rocky history.

Just recently, Khloé confirmed she was expecting a second child via surrogate with her on-off boyfriend Tristan Thompson. The pregnancy came as a shock for many as Thompson has admitted to cheating on Khloé several times.

The fact of the matter is, the Kardashian-Jenner clan seem to be adamant on having their children all share the same father, no matter how bad things get, which in itself is fascinating, considering they’re a blended family themselves.

Here’s how Khloé, Kim, Kourtney and Kylie have forged forward with their relationships despite claims of cheating, hard partying, drug usage allegations and beyond.

NBA star Tristan Thompson has faced multiple cheating allegations while dating reality TV star Khloé Kardashian. The couple, who notoriously have an on-off relationship, welcomed daughter True in 2018. As Khloé was preparing to give birth, video footage obtained by TMZ of Thompson hooking up with other women was leaked. But that was just the beginning.

According to Insider, Thompson was named in a paternity lawsuit in June 2021, and the NBA star admitted in December that he had cheated on Khloé with Maralee Nichols. He initially denied paternity of the child, who was born in December 2021, until a genetic test proved he was indeed the father. At the time he was dating Khloé.

Khloé later said she had forgiven Thompson for his multiple cheating transgressions, per E! Now, despite his actions, the couple is expecting a second child together via surrogate. People reported Khloé wants to co-parent the baby as they do with True. The publication added the surrogate was already pregnant when news of Thompson’s cheating scandal emerged. The baby was reportedly conceived in November last year, so should be due very soon!

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West got married in 2014 and have four children together – North, Chicago, Saint and Psalm. In 2021, Kim spoke about troubles in her marriage on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, saying she was unfulfilled by her marriage: “I want someone that we have the same shows in common; I want someone that wants to work out with me … it’s like the little things is what I don’t have.” Kim also noted that all she wants is to be happy in the end: “I will be happy. I didn’t come this far just to come this far and not be happy.”

The split wasn’t a shock for many as Kim and West have had their ups and downs, despite the couple welcoming more children.

Kim also addressed West’s bipolar disorder after a series of erratic messages from the musician in 2020. She shared on her Instagram Stories that his “words sometimes do not align with his intentions”. In 2019, West moved to a ranch in Wyoming. On her reality show, Kim said she could not follow him every time he decided to move to a different state and he deserved to be with someone who could be that person for him. There was also speculation that he may have cheated on the Skims founder during their marriage, according to numerous reports.

That suggests that when he moved to Wyoming, the couple were already having some problems. Despite this, in May 2019, their youngest child was born. Kim, seemingly willing to ignore her marital issues, admitted she wanted a big family and welcomed Psalm via surrogate.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick

Scott Disick was the regular boyfriend of Kourt on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, where fans got a glimpse into the emotional turmoil and regular bickering between the two. The couple have three children together – Mason, Penelope and Reign. Just a year after finding out Disick had cheated on her, Kourtney discovered she was pregnant with his child in 2009, per Insider.

In 2010, their relationship hit the rocks because of Disick’s constant partying, yet a year later Kourtney was preggers again. In 2014, they had their third child together, although Disick wasn’t too happy about it, and the couple finally called it quits for good in 2015.

In April 2017, the couple sparked relationship rumours after being spotted together at a Coachella party. Fast forward to September the same year, it was reported they are expecting their first child together, then by February 2018, baby Stormi was born. In December, altered images purporting to show Scott cheating were leaked, with reports confirming that it was hoax. The musician said trolls were working hard to destroy “real love”.

In February 2019, cheating rumours again emerged and Scott cancelled a show to return home, per US Weekly. His manager said it was because he was ill, nothing more. Between August 2019 and July 2021 the couple faced break-up claims, engagement speculation, marriage rumours and in August they confirmed they were expecting baby number two. They welcomed a baby boy in February this year.
