Built in 2018, the ultra-modern home has something of a dark history. It was constructed by the Woodbridge Group, a company once owned by the fraudster and convicted criminal Robert Shapiro, who conned more than 84,000 investors out of billions of dollars.

Inside, the metal front doors open out onto a small atrium featuring a marble wall. Beyond this sits the sprawling open-plan living space that boasts floor-to-ceiling walls of glass that overlook the surrounding hills. A double-sided fireplace sits at the end of the space, separating it from the swanky formal dining room.

The expansive kitchen is the perfect place to host gatherings and a big draw for any passionate cooks, featuring designer Miele appliances and a huge black silk granite center island. With views out over the Los Angeles skyline, it’s got a lovely dining spot to enjoy a meal.
